Provider prize draw
Launch prize draw Ts & Cs
Terms and conditions for the Red Pages public launch prize draw for independent providers.
1. Promoter and offer
Red Pages Limited is running a launch prize draw for independent providers on Red Pages.
Promoter contact details are available on the Red Pages contact page.
The prize has a total value of up to $1,350.
The prize includes a full exclusive photo shoot with Wellington-based sensual portrait photographer and fellow SW - BoudoirByDot.
The prize components are:
- photo shoot valued at $500
- optional flights up to $350
- optional accommodation for 1-2 nights at up to $250/night
Accommodation does not include incidental costs such as room service, minibar charges, or similar personal expenses.
If the winner is local to Wellington, they may still choose to use the accommodation part of the prize for the shoot if they wish.
2. Entry pool
The draw is from the first 50 independent providers whose ads become publicly visible on Red Pages, subject to these terms.
If more than 50 providers become publicly visible at around the same time, Red Pages may include those extra providers in the final entrant pool so the process is handled fairly rather than pedantically.
Once a provider has genuinely qualified for the promotion by becoming publicly visible, Red Pages may continue to count that provider toward the promotional total even if the provider later opts out of the draw or later takes ordinary breaks from being live.
Providers who joined before this promotion was announced will still be included if they otherwise qualify.
3. Eligibility
Entry is restricted to independent providers only. Agency accounts and agency-managed participation are not eligible.
Any person affiliated with Red Pages Limited or with Boudoir By Dot is not eligible to enter.
To remain eligible, a provider must make fair use of the promotion. This means their ad should be genuinely live on the site for a reasonable proportion of the promotional period, rather than being created mainly to secure an entry position and then kept hidden.
Red Pages may exclude an entry from the draw, and where appropriate remove it from the promotional count, if an account appears to have been created or used mainly to secure an entry position without genuine public participation.
Providers may still take their ad down for ordinary breaks or availability changes, provided the overall use remains fair and genuine.
4. Opt-out
Eligible independent providers are included by default unless they choose to opt out through their provider dashboard before the draw is conducted.
Once an opt-out choice has been recorded in the app, it cannot be reversed.
Opting out removes the provider from the final draw pool, but does not by itself reduce the promotional total.
5. Draw method
The winner will be chosen completely at random from the final eligible entrant pool after opted-out accounts have been excluded.
The draw will be conducted after the first 50 eligible providers have become publicly visible on Red Pages.
The winner will be notified by Red Pages using the email address associated with their Red Pages account, or the public contact details on their listing.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, declines the prize, or is found not to be eligible, Red Pages may draw another winner from the remaining eligible entrant pool.
6. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Red Pages may publicly identify them for promotional purposes using their provider name and city.
Red Pages will not publish the winner's legal name.
7. Prize conditions
The prize is not redeemable for cash.
The prize is not transferable to another person without Red Pages' agreement.
If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, Red Pages may substitute that part with a reasonably equivalent alternative.
