Age restriction

Red Pages is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. You must not access, use, create an account for, or publish content to Red Pages unless you are at least 18 years old.

Some content on Red Pages is available only after an age-confirmation step. You must not attempt to bypass, interfere with, or misuse any age-restriction or access-control measures on the site.

Permitted use

You may use Red Pages only for lawful purposes and only in a way that is consistent with these terms, our Content standards, and any other policies we publish on the site.

• You must not publish unlawful, misleading, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
• You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
• You must not use Red Pages for listings that only sell or promote pre-recorded content.
• You must not harvest data, scrape listings, or use automated means to collect site content.
• You must not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the site.
• You must not use the site in connection with fraud, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, or any unlawful activity.

Listing accounts and listing control

Red Pages allows approved users to control most of the content of their listings. If you create or manage a listing account or listing, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and ensuring that content published through your account is accurate, current, lawful, and authorised.

Providers advertised on Red Pages must be physically present in New Zealand, including where an offered service is online-only or remote. User control over listing content does not limit Red Pages' right to review, restrict, remove, or require changes to content.

Red Pages is primarily for providers offering in-person services. If online services are listed, they must be live one-to-one sessions offered alongside in-person services and not merely access to pre-recorded content. Listings based only on subscription content, clips, paywalled media libraries, or other pre-recorded material are not permitted.

Where Red Pages offers agency profile pages or agency tiles, Red Pages may decide whether, where, and how those profiles or tiles appear, including by city, status, or claim state.

Agency profiles and claim requests

Red Pages may publish agency profile pages or agency tiles using business names and related public-facing details, including in cases where an agency has not yet signed up for an account.

If you claim, manage, or request control of an agency profile, you must have authority to act for that business and to provide or update the content associated with it.

Content responsibility and third-party dealings

Listings, agency profiles, and related content are supplied by users, advertisers, or Red Pages where indicated. Red Pages is not a booking agency, does not arrange personal introductions, and does not guarantee the truth of every statement made in a listing or agency profile.

Users are responsible for using their own judgment when interacting with listings, providers, agencies, advertisers, or third-party links.

Content moderation and enforcement

Red Pages may review content, investigate complaints, request information, require corrections, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access where this is necessary to enforce our policies, protect users, respond to complaints, or comply with legal obligations.

We may take action without prior notice where we consider a matter urgent, serious, or safety-related.

Verification and trust signals

If Red Pages offers verification features, badges, or status indicators, they apply only to the specific fact, document, or process described at the time.

Verification does not mean that Red Pages endorses a provider, agency, or listing, guarantees the accuracy of every listing claim, or guarantees future conduct.

Intellectual property

The Red Pages site, including its design, branding, text, code, and other platform material, is owned by or licensed to Red Pages and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-party links and services

Red Pages may link to third-party websites or services. Those third parties operate independently from Red Pages, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or conduct.

Disclaimers

Red Pages is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Pages does not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, suitability, or freedom from errors, security incidents, or harmful components.

Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Pages is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on listing content, dealings or disputes between users and providers, agencies, or other advertisers, third-party sites or services, or unauthorised access, service interruption, or technical failure.

Changes to the service and these terms

Red Pages may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may update these Terms of use from time to time, and the updated version will take effect when published on the site unless a later date is stated.

Governing law

These Terms of use are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
